The White House press secretary, Jen Psaki, disputed recent media reports that the US vice president, Kamala Harris, is struggling with her role in Joe Biden’s administration. ‘She’s a key partner,’ Psaki said. ‘She’s a bold leader, and she is somebody who has taken on incredibly important assignments,’ including immigration and voting rights.
